Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of OriginPlayer, operated by Trieflow LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. If you do not agree, do not use OriginPlayer.

Personal music service

OriginPlayer lets you upload, organize, and play a personal music library. You retain your rights in your content and give Trieflow permission to store, process, and transmit it only as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials secure.

Your content and acceptable use

Upload only audio and related content that you own or are authorized to store and play. Do not use OriginPlayer to infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, access another person's account, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. We may remove content or restrict an account when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or third-party rights.

Plans and usage limits

The Free plan includes the limits shown in the product. Paid plans are Plus at $4.99 billed monthly or $49.99 billed yearly, and Pro at $11.99 billed monthly or $119.99 billed yearly. Checkout displays the localized price that applies to your purchase. Storage and monthly bandwidth limits are shown before purchase and in the product. We may change plans prospectively; the price and renewal terms shown by the provider at checkout control the purchase.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Each paid plan is a recurring subscription that renews monthly or yearly until canceled. RevenueCat coordinates entitlement status, while the purchase is processed by Stripe on the web, Google Play on Android, or Apple App Store on iOS. Your subscription remains attached to the OriginPlayer account ID used for the original purchase and cannot be transferred to a different OriginPlayer account.

Cancel and manage the subscription through the provider that owns it. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the paid period shown by that provider. Deleting OriginPlayer does not by itself guarantee cancellation of an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; follow the provider-management instructions shown in Settings. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by the owning provider's rules and applicable law. OriginPlayer does not promise a free trial. For duplicate charges, restore conflicts, or an inaccessible account, contact supportbefore making another purchase.

Account deletion

You can request deletion from Settings. Provider safeguards may require cancellation first or may schedule deletion for the end of a paid period. The app explains the applicable path before confirming deletion. Public instructions are available in our account deletion help.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may change these Terms prospectively. We will post updated Terms and revise the date above. The service is provided on an as-available basis; interruptions, errors, or loss may occur, so keep copies of important files.

Responsibility and applicable limits

You are responsible for your use of OriginPlayer and content uploaded through your account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OriginPlayer is provided without implied warranties and Trieflow LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
